This role combines content marketing with lead management, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both creativity and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and marketing materials. Plan and manage a content calendar. Design graphics, videos, reels, and promotional content. Monitor content performance and optimize based on engagement metrics. Maintain brand consistency across all channels. Lead Management Respond promptly to incoming inquiries from various marketing channels. Qualify and nurture leads through phone, email, text, and CRM systems. Track and update lead information accurately. Schedule consultations, appointments, or sales calls. Follow up with prospects to improve conversion rates. Generate reports on lead activity and conversion performance. Creative thinker with strong attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Self-motivated and proactive. Results-oriented mindset with a passion for marketing and sales growth. Qualifications Experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing. Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar content creation tools. Familiarity with GoHighLevel (HighLevel) CRM, including lead management, pipeline tracking, automation workflows, and appointment scheduling. Experience with CRM platforms and lead tracking systems. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Photography, videography, and video editing experience is a plus. Benefits Competitive salary based on experience.
