Job Description
Overview Tammuz Family North America is seeking a compassionate, service-oriented Surrogacy Sales Consultant to guide intended parents through the early stages of their surrogacy journey. In this role, you will manage the advisory and sales process from initial consultation through contract signing, helping prospective clients understand their options, make informed decisions, and feel supported as they begin their path to parenthood. The Consultant combines strong sales experience with empathy, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of client care. The Consultant will work closely with prospective intended parents, maintain thoughtful follow-up, build trust throughout their decision-making process, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive client experience. This position is well suited for someone who is presentationally eloquent, attentive, nimble and warm; highly organized, independent and detail-oriented; and who is passionate about family building, LGBTQ+ rights, and human-centered reproductive services. Experience in surrogacy and surrogacy case-management; fertility and IVF services; and third-party reproduction is a strong advantage. Job Responsibilities The Surrogacy Sales Consultant occupies a pivotal and ambassadorial role for Tammuz Family, establishing the stage, tone and expectations for all of the intended parents' subsequent interactions with the company. The Consultant must balance empathy and professionalism with strategic sales skills to support the signing of intended parents' contracts with the company. The Consultant will engage with prospective intended parents through in-person informational meetings, phone calls, and email correspondence. With care and accuracy, the Consultant will document, track and follow up with timeliness on each interaction with the intended parents. Throughout it all, the Consultant will clearly and consistently explain the surrogacy-journey process, helping the intended parents to understand their options and next steps with confidence and clarity. The Consultant will also review sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities, refine outreach strategies, and help meet organizational goals; and the Consultant also will occasionally create, coordinate and present virtual presentations to introduce and promote Tammuz Family's surrogacy programs for broader prospective intended-parent audiences. The Consultant will consult with North America-based prospective intended parents primarily from our Chapel Hill, NC office. Tammuz Family, Ltd. is a global company with a fun, open work culture. The full-time position is 80/20 working from office/remote—but could be a different ratio depending on the candidate. Qualifications The Consultant will hold a bachelor's degree or higher, and bring at least three years of proven sales experience. Prior experience in surrogacy case-management and/or customer service; and/or in IVF and fertility services; and/or in third-party reproduction is highly valued, with a minimum of two years in one or more of these areas preferred. This role requires a strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal and presentational skills, along with the ability to guide prospective intended parents with professionalism and sensitivity. The successful candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a global team. Full fluency in spoken and written English is required. Additional fluency in spoken and written Spanish is an advantage. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is preferred.
