Job Description
Get paid to talk to people in Costco Carolina Home Remodeling is hiring Field Marketing Representatives to staff our kiosks inside Costco warehouses across the Charlotte metro. You'll spend your shifts engaging Costco members, having meaningful conversations, and booking free in-home design consultations for our outside sales team. Experience in retail, brand ambassador work, or canvassing is a plus, but energy is the real requirement. If you aren't afraid to talk to strangers, and don't get rattled by a "no thanks," we'll teach you the rest. About Carolina Home Remodeling We've been remodeling Charlotte-area homes for 23 years and we're the certified Jacuzzi Bath Remodel dealer for the Carolinas. Our partnership with Costco gives our team access to one of the most pre-qualified audiences in retail: Costco members who own homes and have already shown they value premium brands. You'll be the face of CHR inside the warehouse, and the leads you book go directly to our In-home team. What you'll do
- Work scheduled shifts at a Costco kiosk in the Charlotte metro area
- Engage members as they walk by, using a quick conversation starter
- Educate and qualify homeowners with a few simple questions about their bathroom
- Book free in-home design consultations on the spot
- Hit weekly lead and appointment targets we'll set together What you bring
- Communication skills, energy and confidence approaching strangers, this is the #1 skill
- Reliable transportation to Costco locations across the Charlotte metro
- Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday are our highest-volume days)
- Comfort standing for the length of a shift What we Offer
Compensation:
$18 hour base + commission. Top performers earn $30 per hour.- Additional bonus and incentive structure
