Job Description
We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to support our marketing team on a part-time contract basis (~20 hours per week). This role will focus on building, managing, and optimizing automated marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, lead generation, and conversion.
The ideal candidate has experience working with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing campaigns, and understands how to use automation to improve the customer journey and marketing performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, manage, and optimize automated marketing campaigns across email, CRM, and digital marketing platformsDevelop and maintain lead nurturing workflows and automated customer journeysCollaborate with marketing, content, and digital teams to support campaign launches and lifecycle marketing initiativesSegment audiences and manage contact databases to ensure targeted messaging and campaign effectivenessMonitor campaign performance and provide reporting and insights on key marketing metricsImplement and test A/B experiments to improve engagement and conversion ratesEnsure data accuracy and proper integration between marketing platforms and CRM systems
