Job Overview:
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing trends, and identifying opportunities to maximize our brand's visibility. You will implement and organize all marketing projects.
Duties:
Community Marketing
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand consumer behavior and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Manage social media marketing initiatives and online advertising campaigns.
  • Coordinate print advertising efforts and oversee E-commerce activities.
  • Attend networking events
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Door to Door marketing
Qualifications:
  • Two years expience in home care marketing
  • Proven experience in advertising sales, market research, analytics, and social media marketing.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
