Job Description

We are seeking an energetic individual to join our unique and fast paced marketing department. If you are digitally savvy (aware of current AI tools, basic functionality of main social media platforms, etc), super organized, and can appreciate that no two days will ever be the same, then you may be the perfect fit as a Marketing Specialist at Rydell! Hours and Pay 40 hours a week Monday - Friday with occasional weekends depending on events. $26-$30 an hour Please note: this is an in-office role and is not a remote position. Our Promises to Our Team Members Unconditional dedication to excellence Honesty and integrity in all decisions Respecting the uniqueness of every individual Encouraging you to make a difference Championing your lifelong learning Supporting you and your family Giving back to your community What You Will Be Doing Drive marketing campaigns and initiatives — managing timelines, coordinating internal teams and external partners, and holding everyone accountable to deliverables Manage and allocate co-op advertising funds and community sponsorship budgets effectively to maximize ROI Develop and execute community-focused campaigns that drive revenue growth and enhance guest engagement Analyze campaign performance by providing detailed reports and post-campaign retrospectives, identifying opportunities to support and improve results across departments Coordinate and manage all in-house printing needs, including vendor communication, production timelines, and billing accuracy Attend, support, and lead internal and community events as needed to enhance brand presence and engagement Skills You Will Need Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field 2-3 years of experience in marketing or project management Comfortable with AI tools and eager to use them. Content generation, workflow automation, data analysis, scheduling. You don't need to be an expert, but you should already be curious and experimenting. Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships Familiarity with project management tools (such as Asana), social media platforms, and reporting dashboards Strong project management skills required, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure accurate report delivery. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including the ability to build, analyze, and present reports.
Bonus:
experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, or similar tools Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance data and turning insights into action. Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar reporting tools is highly valued. We are an equal opportunity employer.
