About the
Role:
Join our team this season and help youth basketball teams punch their ticket to the State Basketball Championship. We're hiring energetic, outgoing part-time State Championship Qualifier Coordinators to represent our brand at tournaments, connect with teams and coaches, and capture the excitement of the game through social media. What You'll Do Represent our brand at weekend tournaments - typical shift: Sat/Sun, 4-8 hrs/day Engage with coaches, teams, and families on-site Take team photos and post content on Facebook Collect qualifying teams' contact information for the State Championship Travel to events within your region (up to 100 miles; mileage reimbursed) What You Bring Passion for basketball and youth sports Weekend availability October-March Reliable transportation Strong communication and people skills Comfortable using social media (Facebook) Organized, dependable and energetic Marketing, media or event experience is a plus Compensation & Perks $20/hr + mileage + per team sign-up bonus (last year our top earners made an additional $400-$600) Flexible seasonal part-time weekend schedule Hands-on experience in sports events and marketing Fun, fast-paced environment supporting young athletes Training provided Ideal for college students, coaches, former athletes and anyone interested in sports media or event operations.
