You'll represent our company at some of the biggest fairs, festivals, street fairs, and community events throughout North and Central New Jersey. We provide paid training and ongoing support. Availability We're looking for team members who can work either: Option 1 Every weekend (Saturday & Sunday) Option 2 2-3 weekends per month (Saturday & Sunday) Most shifts are during daytime event hours. Additional Availability Preferred Candidates with occasional weekday availability are strongly encouraged to apply. While this position is primarily focused on weekends, additional weekday events, home shows, trade shows, training opportunities, and special promotional events may be available throughout the year for team members seeking extra hours and earning opportunities. Requirements Friendly, outgoing personality Comfortable talking with new people Reliable transportation Ability to travel up to 60 minutes for an event when needed Dependable and professional No experience necessary. Customer service, hospitality, retail, restaurant, sports, event, or promotional experience is a plus but not required. Pay Starting at $15.13 per hour PLUS Daily performance bonuses and incentives Average schedule: 12-18 hours per week, with additional opportunities available for team members with weekday availability potentially bringing the total to upwards of 30 hours.
