Activation Lead•New Jersey (Part-Time, Field Marketing, 4-Month Contract Period May•September 2026) $850 per week (25 hours per week) Travel reimbursement included Overview We are seeking an Activation Lead to support a fast-paced, high-density market with frequent activations across retail and on-premise accounts. Key Responsibilities Field Execution Execute 4-6 sampling activations per monthRepresent brand portfolio across multiple accountsConduct trainings and activations in high-traffic locations Account Management Manage a high volume of account relationships Coordinate scheduling across multiple venues Operations & Logistics Manage storage unit and inventory Coordinate logistics in a dense geographic market Handle event prep and materials Team Leadership Recruit and manage ambassadors Staff activations and oversee execution Reporting Submit recaps within 24-48 hours Track KPIs and provide market insights Requirements Must be 23 years or older Experience in retail sampling or field marketing, spirits/beer work, or brand activation experience Strong time management and organization skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable lifting and setting up event equipment Must a valid drivers license, own a car, have car insurance
