This contract opportunity with permanent potential is ideal for someone who wants to build hands-on experience supporting trade show and event marketing operations in a fast-paced environment. The role offers exposure to large-scale venue coordination, campaign support, and day-to-day marketing activities while providing strong potential for long-term growth.
Responsibilities:
  • Support the planning and execution of trade show programs, including coordination for large event venues and required service orders.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives across email outreach, direct marketing efforts, and social media activity to help promote events and services.
  • Manage event-related administrative tasks such as scheduling, document preparation, and communication with vendors and internal teams.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other materials using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Help coordinate travel bookings and logistics for events and business-related activities using designated booking tools.
  • Track deadlines and follow up on key deliverables to keep marketing and event projects moving efficiently.
  • Work closely with office and production teams to support show services and ensure operational details are addressed.
  • Contribute to a collaborative environment by taking on new tasks, learning the trade show business, and supporting broader marketing needs as required.
