Beyond Media Global is a performance marketing and technology agency founded in 2009, with offices in New Jersey, New York, Hong Kong, Taipei, Melbourne, and Guangzhou. We're a Google Premier Partner (top 3% globally), Meta Badged Partner, and HubSpot Solutions Partner. We also build product — Adeqo (campaign governance & martech) and Pable.ai (agentic AI) — which we deploy alongside our services. The Role We're hiring an Associate Account Supervisor to win new business and grow existing accounts in our US market. You'll sell SEO, paid media, and AI agent solutions — and then own the client relationship through delivery. This is a hybrid commercial/service seat: half the job is closing, half is keeping accounts healthy and expanding them. You'll be measured on both. What You'll Sell Modern Search (SEO / AIO / GEO) — audits, ongoing optimization, and AI-search visibility programs. Three productized tiers plus custom scopes. Paid Media — Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, and emerging channels. Performance-led, attribution-honest engagements. AI Agents — Adeqo (governance, reporting, MCP-connected analytics) and Pable.ai (agentic workflows including the Pable Inventory Agent). Often the wedge into a broader services engagement. What You'll Own Outbound prospecting, inbound qualification, discovery, scoping, proposal, and SOW close.
Day-to-day client relationship post-sale:
status calls, QBRs, expansion conversations, renewals. You're the client's first call. Coordination with delivery leads (paid media, SEO, product) — you're the commercial and account owner, not the executor, but fluent enough to defend scope, pricing, and timelines.
Account health:
scope creep, billing, retention signals, escalation management.
CRM hygiene:
deal stages, forecasts, contact data, activity logging. You Should Have 3-5 years in agency account management, performance marketing sales, or martech — ideally with exposure to both new business and account servicing. Closed or grown $25K-$150K annual engagements with marketing managers and directors. Working fluency across paid search, paid social, and SEO. You don't need to build a campaign, but you need to credibly diagnose one and translate between client and delivery team. Comfort selling AI/automation to skeptical buyers — explaining what an agent does, what it doesn't, and where the ROI shows up. Strong written communication. You'll write SOWs, recap emails, QBR decks, and renewal proposals. Nice to Have Experience in consumer, retail, healthcare, or financial services verticals. Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Google Analytics certifications. Existing network of marketing decision-makers in the NY/NJ metro.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
