About Scarlet Knight Enterprises Scarlet Knight Enterprises, Inc. (SKE) is a New Jersey-based nonprofit that serves as the commercial arm supporting Rutgers Athletics. SKE drives revenue through multimedia rights, corporate sponsorship, NIL facilitation, and fan engagement - working alongside Rutgers Athletics to maximize the impact of one of the most storied programs in college sports. Position Summary Scarlet Knight Enterprises (SKE) is seeking a motivated class of interns to support its teams in their efforts for revenue generation for Rutgers Athletics. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative team. In this role, the Creative Brand Partnerships Intern will support the Director of Creative Brand Partnerships in developing sponsor-driven content, capturing proof of performance for partners, and working directly with the sales team to create content for partners and pitches. You will assist in bringing brand partnerships to life through creative ideation, content production, and campaign execution. You'll gain hands-on experience working at the intersection of sports marketing, NIL, and multimedia rights, collaborating with internal teams. Key Responsibilities
- Take and organize Proof of Performance Images and Videos
- Help coordinate photo, video, and graphic design deliverables for sponsors and internal initiatives
- Conduct research on industry trends, NIL opportunities, and competitive partnership activations
- Assist in project management, timelines, and partner deliverables
- Contribute to sponsor presentations, recaps, and creative proposals Qualifications
- Must be a current undergraduate or graduate student at Rutgers University - New Brunswick.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere.
- Working knowledge of using a camera for Photography and Videography.
- Ability to work all home football games
- Ability to work ~10 hours per week in-office
- Ability to work basketball games on a rotation basis
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
