Four Corners Community Bank, a trusted and vibrant community bank in northwest New Mexico, is seeking a talented individual to join our team. About the
Role:
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be the heartbeat of our advertising and marketing efforts. The role's responsibilities include: Managing social media channels and maintaining brand consistency Creating and coordinating digital marketing campaigns Managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and CTV advertising Supporting website monitoring, updates, and SEO/GEO strategies Creating engaging content for organic social and SEO/GEO marketing Researching target audiences and analyzing campaign performance Designing flyers, graphics, brochures, and other in-house marketing materials Collaborating with internal teams on product launches and promotions
What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, with emphasis on digital marketing. A bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A high-energy individual with a passion for creativity and community engagement. Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO and analytics tools Strong communication, organizational, and creative skills Graphic design experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite preferred
