Job Description

Business Operations Intern - Finance, Marketing & Human Resources Position Summary The Business Operations Intern will participate in a structured rotational program designed to provide hands-on experience across Finance, Marketing, and Human Resources within Bluberi. This internship offers exposure to gaming product development, manufacturing operations, customer engagement, and corporate support functions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Finance Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities. Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Analyze departmental expenses and prepare summary reports. Assist with inventory and manufacturing cost tracking. Participate in monthly financial close activities. Marketing Support trade show and industry event planning. Assist with social media content creation and campaign tracking. Conduct competitive market research on gaming products and trends. Help prepare sales presentations and marketing collateral. Track marketing performance metrics and prepare reports. Human Resources Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities. Maintain employee records and HR databases. Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement programs. Support benefits administration and employee communications. Assist with HR compliance and policy documentation. Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Interest in the gaming, technology, or manufacturing industries. Learning Outcomes Gain exposure to multiple business functions. Develop analytical and project management skills. Learn about the regulated gaming industry. Build professional communication and teamwork capabilities.
