• Full-time Soniquence is seeking a Digital Marketing Graphic Designer who enjoys combining graphic design, digital marketing, and brand storytelling to help grow an innovative medical technology company advancing surgical energy systems used by physicians worldwide.

This is an excellent opportunity for a creative, detail-oriented marketer who enjoys working across digital content, brand development, and events while helping elevate a fast growing company's marketing presence. What You'll Do Creative & Content Development Design marketing materials including social media graphics, digital ads, email templates, brochures, presentations, and product collateral Assist in developing creative campaigns that align with brand identity and marketing goals Support video content creation and basic editing Digital Marketing & Social Media Manage and schedule content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms Track engagement and performance insights to help optimize campaigns Assist in executing digital marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility Brand, Promotions & Events Help manage promotional materials, including company swag, promotional giveaways, branded apparel, and corporate gifts Assist with photoshoots and creative production, including product preparation and shoot coordination Support trade show preparation, including testing and packing booth displays and marketing materials to ensure everything is functional and presentation ready Help set up and decorate company events at headquarters, including holiday celebrations and internal events Assist with the coordination of company meetings, events, and potential team retreats Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or related field 3-5 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or digital content creation Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and creative thinking skills Tools You'll Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier) Canva Constant Contacts / HubSpot / Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms LinkedIn Campaign Manager and social media scheduling tools WordPress website content creation Basic video editing tools
