GOGov is an established & fast-growing software company in the highly attractive GovTech space based out of Long Island, NY. We supply over 650+ municipalities around the country with the tools necessary to maintain, develop and connect millions of citizens with their local governments. Through programs like Citizen Request, Mobile Notifications and Online Permitting - we make Government Simple for citizens, elected officials and the staff that manage it. We are seeking a proactive and hands-on professional to own our marketing technology, campaign execution, and data quality in an innovative 25+ person tech company.
YOUR MISSION
Own our marketing tools, execute campaigns, maintain and grow our marketing database in Salesforce, and continuously expand our marketing capabilities so the revenue team can generate more qualified leads and pipeline.
COMPENSATION

RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and optimize our marketing tech stack (, Website, Social, PPC, Data, Analytics, SFDC, etc) Build, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns with strong performance focus Lead marketing data operations: imports, cleaning, deduplication, enrichment, and Salesforce hygiene Improve website SEO, implement retargeting (Google, Meta, ), and enhance tracking Deliver clear analytics, reporting, and actionable performance insights Build repeatable processes, templates, and documentation for scalable operations Collaborate closely with Revenue team and Leadership on pipeline growth
QUALIFICATIONS
5-8+ years of hands-on marketing operations or MarTech experience Strong technical skills with marketing platforms, CRMs, and data tools Proven expertise in large-scale data imports, scrubbing, deduplication, and Salesforce quality Experience building and optimizing campaigns using performance data Familiarity with SEO, retargeting, tracking, and paid/social channels Highly organized with excellent process-building and attention to detail Strong communicator who explains technical and data topics clearly Quick learner who thrives in a small, fast-moving company Strong plus: Experience with Act-On, Webflow, or AI tools for automation and analysis
