In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to create and manage content across multiple platforms, including the website, blog, social media, video, and email marketing. You will also play a key role in tracking marketing performance, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and overall strategy. This position is ideal for someone who takes initiative, is highly organized, and is eager to contribute ideas to continuously improve marketing efforts and results. Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Blog Management Manage and publish blog content through WordPress, ensuring all posts are accurate, SEO-optimized, and aligned with firm branding Create, edit, and update client success story blogs in coordination with attorneys and paralegals Maintain and update existing content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance Ensure all content includes proper formatting, internal links, and calls to action YouTube & Podcast Management Coordinate video and podcast topics with attorneys Edit videos and podcasts, including captions, formatting, and basic enhancements Design thumbnails and graphics using Canva Upload and optimize content on YouTube and podcast platforms (titles, descriptions, tags, etc.) Manage and maintain all video and podcast content across platforms Social Media & Email Marketing Create and schedule social media posts highlighting blogs, success stories, podcasts, and firm updates Write engaging captions with appropriate hashtags and calls to action Assist in managing email campaigns through platforms like Mailchimp Support content promotion and audience engagement across platforms Marketing Campaigns & Initiatives Assist in developing marketing materials such as brochures, graphics, and promotional content Help coordinate webinars, events, and related marketing efforts Support ongoing campaigns and ensure timely execution Website Management & Optimization Regularly review and update website content for accuracy and performance Identify opportunities to improve user experience, SEO, and conversions Ensure consistency across all website pages and content Suggest improvements to better target and engage the firm's audience Analytics, Reporting & Performance Tracking Manage and maintain marketing data across platforms Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports Analyze Google Analytics and other performance tools to track user behavior and trends Provide insights and recommendations to improve content, engagement, and campaign performance Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work closely with the Marketing Manager and internal team to ensure content accuracy and alignment Communicate with attorneys and paralegals to gather information when needed Take initiative in identifying new ideas, strategies, and areas for improvement Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency, engagement, and overall marketing performance What You'll Learn Hands-on experience with tools such as WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva, YouTube Studio, and Google Analytics How to create and optimize content for SEO and client engagement The process of developing and managing content across multiple platforms How to analyze marketing data and turn insights into actionable strategies Real-world experience in how a leading immigration law firm markets its services and builds client trust Skills & Qualifications Strong writing and editing skills with a high attention to detail Experience with or willingness to learn tools such as WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva, and YouTube Studio Understanding of SEO, social media strategy, and digital marketing principles Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Ability to take initiative and a basic understanding of digital marketing and content creation What We're Looking For A self-motivated and proactive individual who takes ownership of their work Someone who brings ideas, suggestions, and solutions - not just execution A detail-oriented candidate who values accuracy and quality A team player who can also work independently A growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and results
