Approach outreach in underserved NY communities (Western NY focus) with a servant heart—listening deeply, understanding needs, and delivering solutions that foster harmony and fulfillment. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and a passion for community impact, ideally with experience in outreach, social services, energy programs, or customer-facing roles. Be comfortable in field work (door-to-door, events, partnerships) while upholding safety, respect, and integrity. Contribute to our journey as leaders in helping people with their homes—tracking progress as we expand EmPower+ access, reduce energy burdens, and build a world of secure, vibrant homes for all.
