Responsibilities:

• Design and formulate strategies to manage users of different levels, formulate and take responsibility for marketing campaign plans.
• Provide independent assessment and clear evaluation on clear insight into industry trends.
• Provide independent analysis on the influence/result of marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Responsible for Fantuan community operation and management; Have in-depth user interactions, research user needs and product use intentions; Optimize content and activities based on user resources and attract users with high loyalty for the company.
• Design plans and programs for marketing result improvements, then implement such plans and programs to recruit new users, maintain current users and promote the company's various events and activities.
• Strategize and launch off-line promotions.
• Lead and execute promotion plan.
• Increase platform exposure and user numbers by collaborating with off-line sources, hosting collaboration events and local promotion events.

Preferred Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree (or above) in Marketing, Communication, Journalism or related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Strong communication, logical thinking, and negotiation skills.
• Fast learner, self-driven individual with the ability to deal with pressure.
• Have an innovative, creative and data driven mindset. Possess a strong sense of responsibility and be able to work as a team.
• Possess computer literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Windows (Microsoft Word, Excel), variety of industry online database systems.
