- Marketing & Communications Executive Vice President, Strategy and Enablement
- Marketing & Communications Overview The Executive Vice President, Strategy & Enablement for Marketing & Communications is a critical, high-impact executive role responsible for defining the global Marketing & Communications strategy, modernizing capabilities, and accelerating revenue growth.
- Partner with the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer and the Marketing & Communications Leadership Team to shape the Marketing and Communications strategy ensuring a clear global vision aligned to enterprise, business unit, and regional priorities.
- Translate Marketing & Communications strategy into clear priorities, execution plans, and success measures.
- Establish and track KPIs for Marketing & Communications strategy execution and enterprise impact.
- Ensure alignment of strategy with investment decisions and operational capacity to drive best-in-class performance.
- Establish and evolve the Marketing & Communications Program Management Office to deliver on a harmonized Product and Engineering approach
- Define governance, roles, and ways of working across Marketing & Communications and partner teams. All About You
- Demonstrated track record of formulating and executing enterprise-level strategies in complex, global environments.
- Proven ability to operate as a trusted advisor to senior executives.
- Strong influencing skills across matrixed organizations.
- Executive presence, sound judgment, and comfort navigating ambiguity.
- Ability to translate strategy into operating models and execution plans through a interconnected Global, Regional, Divisional and Country level
