Job Description

GTB Marketing is looking for independent field representatives to help local businesses access energy savings and community solar programs. This is a flexible field-based opportunity ideal for motivated individuals who are comfortable speaking with business owners and working independently.

What You'll Do:

Visit local businesses in assigned territories Speak with business owners/managers Collect recent utility bill information Assist customers with a simple mobile verification process Submit completed enrollments through our mobile intake app

Compensation:

$75 per completed account submission Twice weekly payouts Most active representatives earn between $500-$1,500+ weekly depending on activity and consistency Performance incentives available for consistent production

Schedule:

Completely flexible schedule Part time or full time Work independently in your local area

Training & Onboarding:

Short virtual onboarding session Mobile app walkthrough provided Optional in-field shadow with a sales manager Start quickly after onboarding

Requirements:

Reliable transportation Smartphone Comfortable speaking with business owners and managers Self-motivated and dependable Ability to work independently This opportunity is best suited for individuals with experience in: Door-to-door sales Canvassing Solar Customer outreach Appointment setting Marketing Gig or independent contractor work
