Summary:

W e are looking for a highly versatile, fast-paced Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team. This role goes beyond execution—you will be expected to think creatively, interpret direction independently, and produce high-quality work across a wide range of formats with speed and consistency. Y ou will play a critical role in shaping how our brand shows up across marketing, sales, and digital channels—including social media—making informed decisions about visual style, format, and messaging to maximize impact. Responsibilities:

D e sign and produce a high volume of marketing assets including brochures, flyers, presentations, digital ads, landing page visuals, and social media content T r anslate creative direction into polished, on-brand designs that reflect thoughtful execution I n dependently interpret project briefs and make informed decisions on layout, typography, imagery, and visual hierarchy D e velop and execute social media content, including selectingappropriate formats(static, carousel, short-form video, etc.) and tailoring creative to platform best practices C o llaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership to support campaigns, product launches, and strategic initiatives E n sure all work aligns with brand standards while also contributing to the evolution of the brand where appropriate M a nage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, high-output environment M a intainaccurate tracking of all work and provide clear, proactive communication on project status C o ntinuously refine designs based on feedback, with the ability to quickly iterate and improve S u pport executive leadership withspecial designprojects and presentations A s sistin creating pitch decks and sales materials that align with brand standards E n sure all designs follow brand guidelines and are delivered on schedule Q u alifications: P o rtfoliodemonstrating both strong design fundamentals and creative problem-solving (required) 2 + years of experience in a fast-paced design or marketing environment P r oficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or similar tools is a plus S t rong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy E x perience designing for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) with an understanding of platform-specific best practices A b ility to take directionand alsowork independently with minimal oversight S t rong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities E x perience with WordPress, HubSpot, or similar marketing platforms is a plus S t rong communicationskills and a collaborative mindset A d ditional Expectations (New Section - This is important for your situation): A b ility to produce work efficiently at a pace consistent with a high-performing marketing team S t rong attention to detail with minimal errors or need for rework W i llingness to proactively communicate, ask questions, and seek clarity when needed C o mfortoperatingin a performance-driven environment with clear expectations around output and quality T his role is best suited for designers who thrive in a fast-moving environment, take ownership of their work, and are comfortable balancing creativity with execution at scale R equired: • chelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field W hat

Benefits:

T he base salary range for this role is $60,000-$80,000 depending on experience.
