We help clients build lasting financial confidence through a proprietary, comprehensive approach to financial planning. Our services span life insurance strategy, retirement planning, Social Security optimization, investment management, and college funding. We serve individual clients, families, and business owners, and we support a growing network of independent financial advisors who operate under our brand. We are a firm built on education-first marketing, community relationships, and advisor development. Our team is small, fast-moving, and serious about doing meaningful work. About the Marketing Department The TBA marketing department sits at the intersection of brand strategy, advisor support, digital execution, and compliance-conscious content creation. We manage marketing at two levels simultaneously: the firm brand and the individual advisor sub-brand. On any given week, the team might be producing a seminar campaign, building an advisor's personal brand collateral package, managing social media, coordinating a community event, developing a direct mail program, updating the website, or launching a video content initiative. Volume is high, variety is high, and the work is meaningful. Our CMO sets strategy, directs creative vision, and owns the overall marketing roadmap. This role is designed to expand our team's digital capabilities, bring technical depth and fresh perspective, and grow into a true marketing partner for the department.
