QUALIFICATIONS
Self-taught learner (no college degree needed) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to think critically and work in a rapidly evolving environment Highly organized, extremely detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a deadline-driven environment Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets Willing to accept new challenges (Run Toward Fire) Passionate about your work and willing to push creative limits Ability to hold to timelines, hourly targets, and budget goals Bonus Skills (but not required) Bonus skills will help determine where in the compensation range you would fall. 2-3 years of work experience (any industry) Worked a full-time or part-time job while attending college This is a good position for… Someone who enjoys learning and applying their knowledge in real-world situations. You'll need to be someone who is all about the details.
