We are seeking an Event Marketing & Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, representing brands, and supporting marketing initiatives in a live event setting. Prior experience is not required, as we provide structured, paid training and ongoing support. Role Overview As an Event Marketing & Sales Associate, you will support the execution of promotional events by engaging with customers, representing client brands, and assisting with sales and outreach efforts. You will work closely with account and campaign managers to ensure events are well-organized and professionally executed. Key Responsibilities Assist with event setup and distribution of promotional materials Engage with customers in a professional and approachable manner Represent client brands positively at events and promotional activities Support account and campaign managers with marketing initiatives Contribute to event execution and on-site coordination Assist with promotional sales efforts and customer enrollment Provide feedback to support campaign improvement Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in marketing, promotions, or sales Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Professional appearance and positive attitude Full-time availability Training & Growth This position includes paid, hands-on training to build skills in event marketing, customer engagement, and sales.
