Position Overview:

Reclamation is seeking enthusiastic, creative, and dependable interns to support the day-to-day operations of our growing small business. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience across retail, marketing, and operations while working closely with a small team. With flexible scheduling to work alongside your busy life. We're looking for individuals who are not only friendly and customer-focused, but also able to think critically and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

What You'll Do:

Create and schedule social media content Assist with email and SMS marketing campaigns Upload and manage online inventory Pack and ship online orders Support event planning and in-store promotions Greet and assist customers to create a welcoming store environment Operate the register and handle transactions Maintain store organization and visual presentation Develop product knowledge to better assist customers Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED (or currently pursuing) Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Interest in fashion, vintage goods, or home décor Self-motivated with a willingness to learn Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Background check required

Compensation & Schedule:

$11-$13 per hour + performance-based bonuses (e.g., sales, events, or online growth) 10-20 hours per week Flexible scheduling to accommodate class schedules , including some weekend shifts Opportunity for raises and a permanent role based on performance
