Upturn Marketing is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Promotional Event Representative to join our team and help bring our community fundraising events to life across the Columbus area. No experience needed — just a positive attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves. What You'll Be Doing You'll be on the front lines of our events, helping create memorable experiences for attendees while supporting a mission that matters. Day to day, that looks like: Setting up, running, and breaking down event booths Welcoming attendees and being a friendly, knowledgeable point of contact Supporting onsite logistics and keeping events running on schedule Keeping the event space clean, organized, and guest-ready Representing Upturn Marketing and our charity partners with professionalism and warmth Collaborating closely with teammates and event coordinators What We're Looking For A natural communicator who's comfortable engaging with the public Someone dependable — you show up on time and follow through Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Eager to learn, take direction, and grow within the role Flexible availability, including weekends when events are scheduled What You'll Get Weekly pay: $800-$1,200 ( $12.50 per hour) Paid training — we set you up for success from day one Real opportunities to build skills and advance A welcoming, team-first culture where your contributions are valued Ready to Join the Upturn Marketing Team?
