Job Description
Field Marketing Representative The DNH Group is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Field Marketing Representatives throughout the Greater Cincinnati and Dayton areas. This is an entry-level opportunity focused on community outreach, lead generation, and setting appointments for our residential and commercial service divisions. As a Field Marketing Representative, you will engage directly with homeowners and business owners, introduce our services, and schedule estimates with our project management team. No prior experience is required; we provide training and ongoing support to help you succeed. This position offers uncapped earning potential, performance bonuses, advancement opportunities, incentive programs, and a flexible schedule. Responsibilities Engage with homeowners and business owners to introduce DNH services. Generate qualified leads and schedule estimates for our project management team. Build brand awareness and establish a strong local presence in neighborhoods and business districts. Work alongside team members during marketing campaigns and events. Represent The DNH Group professionally at all times. Maintain accurate records using company-provided software and tools. Requirements Must be at least 16 years old. Available to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week. Reliable transportation preferred (assistance may be available). Smartphone or mobile device required.
