Position Summary The Senior Marketing Technology Specialist is responsible for designing, optimizing, and supporting enterprise marketing technology solutions used to execute global demand generation, customer engagement, and digital marketing initiatives. This position combines expertise in marketing automation platforms, CRM ecosystems, data management, workflow automation, and web technologies to improve operational effectiveness and support business growth objectives. The role works closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Product, Analytics, and Technology teams to identify business requirements, implement scalable technology solutions, and enhance the performance of customer acquisition and engagement programs. Key Responsibilities Configure, maintain, and optimize enterprise marketing technology platforms supporting global marketing initiatives. Design and implement automated workflows, lead management processes, audience segmentation strategies, customer lifecycle programs, and campaign orchestration solutions. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical configurations, automation workflows, and scalable operational processes. Develop and maintain integrations between marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, event technologies, content management solutions, and related business applications. Establish standards for campaign governance, data quality, operational procedures, and platform usage across marketing programs. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance campaign performance through automation and process improvements. Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, to streamline operational activities and improve quality assurance processes. Support the development and enhancement of digital marketing assets, including landing pages, web forms, templates, and user-facing experiences utilizing modern web technologies. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or a closely related field. Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in marketing technology, marketing automation, digital operations, CRM systems, or related technology-focused disciplines. Advanced experience with enterprise marketing automation platforms and customer relationship management systems. Experience designing automation workflows, data-driven marketing processes, and platform integrations. Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end development principles. Experience working with APIs, data structures, system integrations, and enterprise software ecosystems. Ability to work independently on complex technical initiatives requiring specialized knowledge and judgment. Partner with global cross-functional teams across multiple geographic regions to deliver scalable marketing technology solutions and drive operational excellence.
