Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and creative Multimedia Specialist to join our innovative team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind creating compelling video content that elevates our brand presence across multiple platforms. Your expertise in video production, editing, and social media management will help tell our story in a vibrant, engaging way. Bring ideas to life through creative marketing, visual storytelling, and hands-on project coordination. This role supports the Sales and Marketing teams by creating engaging content, managing marketing assets, and helping drive product visibility across digital, print, and trade show platforms. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with a variety of projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Produce video content for new products, installation/application demonstrations, corporate communications, and promotional campaigns. Produce video content for social media platforms that help drive engagement and boost SEO. Produce high-quality product photography for marketing initiatives, including catalogs, packaging, website content, and 360° imaging. Create product mock-ups, staging, and edited final assets. Design impactful sales and marketing materials, including flyers, catalogs, merchandising displays, packaging artwork, labels, illustrations, interactive web assets and other branded content. Maintain organized inventories of photography files, artwork, marketing literature, samples, and archived materials. Receive, document, distribute, and store new product prototypes, production samples, and sales samples for the New Product Development and Sales teams. Support internal teams and external partners by providing product updates, marketing materials, and related communications. Update and maintain website content, including new product information, and assist with ongoing website development initiatives. Organize and manage marketing material inventory to ensure materials are current, accessible, and available when needed. Maintain customer and marketing databases and generate reports, lists, and data for direct marketing and sales initiatives. Lead social media content creation, campaign planning, and post scheduling to support brand engagement. Compile and generate sales and marketing reports to support business initiatives and decision-making. Coordinate trade show logistics, including exhibit materials, promotions, packaging, shipping, travel arrangements, and on-site participation as needed. Support the sales team with presentation materials, product setup files, image requests, literature requests, sample coordination, and customer-facing resources. Prepare, organize, and upload product and marketing files to customer portals, including product launches, discontinued items, images, and product features/benefits information. Education and/or Experience Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, bachelor's degree preferred; or 3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of and the ability to use digital photography equipment and software, video production equipment and software, graphic design software, Internet software, Spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software. Travel Requirements Up to 10% travel to various trade show and company locations.
