$58•61 per hour We are seeking a Lead Social Creative Strategist to join and lead the Basketball Global Digital Marketing team. This team, comprising specialists in digital, social, and creator marketing, is responsible for developing and driving long-term consumer engagement across .com, the app, and our creator's channels. Our most successful leaders in this field are future-thinking innovators who share a passion for hoops and sport culture. They are highly creative, results-driven, move within ambiguity, and true team players. Responsibilities:
In this role, your primary focus will be architecting, executing, and overseeing our social marketing plans across our channels and partners. You'll also support on social strategy and execution against our seasonal campaigns. You'll obsess how to make our brand, product, and seasonal messages resonate with our target consumer. You'll lead the strategic development of branded content, services, partnerships, and experiences that will coalesce into best-in-class social marketing plans. You'll creative direct and build content at the pulse of the game. You'll collaborate closely with teams across brand, sports marketing, geo teams, and digitally partners to inspire global love and advocacy. Qualifications:
Top 3 Must Haves:
1. Understands basketball inside and out (crucial for creating live content based off games). 2. Strong creative direction, content writing muscle, and deep familiarity with social platforms like Instagram and X. 3. Active LinkedIn profile and clear links to work/portfolio on the resume. Soft Skills:
Strong communication and collaboration skills. Go-getter attitude with the ability to push work forward independently. Comfortable navigating and leading through change and ambiguity. Required Technology & Tools:
Mastery of major social media platforms (Instagram, X, etc.) Fluency reading consumer data and analytics. Nice to haves:
Bachelor's degree (highly preferred, not required). Experience managing creative, media, and research agencies. 7-9+ years of relevant digital marketing experience. JOBID:
