Minimum required years of experience: 2+ YOE planning for retail purchases based on data analysis Education requirements: Bachelors in Merchandising, Merch Ops, or Fashion Must have skills: Merchandising/buyer heavy on data analytics, Comfortable with large data sets, Excel Knows retail math•stock to sales, seasonal return, identify KPIs Nice to have skills: Retail Experience with merchandizing, consumer products, Has a passion for sports and athletes, has an interest in consumer trends, follows fashion blogs Knows how to grow a business based on consumer trends•Software/technical requirements: Software/technical requirements: Has used "Just enough", a internal tool Previous /industry experience preference:
