About the Team The Brand Planning & Operations function sits at the center of the Brand ecosystem, aligning brand vision, business priorities, and sport strategy. This team enables brand leaders and cross‐functional partners to plan with rigor, operate with excellence, and execute with speed and confidence across the global brand portfolio. Who We're Looking For We're seeking a Brand Operations Manager to play a critical, centralized role supporting Brand Planning and Operations. This is a highly influential individual‐contributor role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, planning, and operations. You bring a strong point of view, exceptional organizational instincts, and the ability to drive clarity across complex, matrixed environments. This role partners closely with the Training Brand Planning and Operations Lead, as well as senior brand and BPO leaders to translate strategy into integrated plans, scalable processes, and clear operating rhythms that enable teams to deliver their best work. What You'll Work On Operational Excellence
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve operating processes that drive clarity, efficiency, and accountability.
  • Partner with shared services teams to optimize and implement core planning tools, templates, and systems.
  • Establish and maintain operating rhythms including key milestones, forums, and communication cadences. Strategic Enablement
  • Act as a thought partner to senior leaders of Global Brand Planning and Operations.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities across the brand portfolio and proactively drive resolution.
  • Enable teams to work more effectively by simplifying complexity and improving ways of working.
Who You'll Work With You will report to the Training Brand Planning & Operations Lead, and work in close partnership with BPO Sport Teams, Shared Services, and Marketing Code. This role does not have direct people management responsibility but operates with significant influence across senior stakeholders. What You Bring
  • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or related roles within a global, matrixed organization.
  • Strong understanding of seasonal marketing workflows.
  • Proven ability to manage operating models and tools.
  • Highly organized, systems‐oriented thinker with strong project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear narratives, plans, and recommendations.
  • Confident communicator who can influence without authority and operate effectively with senior leaders.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving progress through change.
  • Proficiency with planning and collaboration tools (e.g., Airtable, Smartsheet, Box, Tableau or similar).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
