Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Agent to join our property management team. This role combines marketing, leasing support, and general office responsibilities. The ideal candidate enjoys working both in the office and out in the field, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This position plays an important role in helping market available rental properties, coordinating showings, maintaining accurate listings, and supporting daily office operations. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Advertising Create and manage property listings across multiple platforms including company website, Zillow, Apartments.com, Craigslist, and social media. Maintain and update property descriptions, pricing, availability dates, and amenities. Manage and create content for company social media accounts. Upload and organize property photos and virtual tours. Assist with paid advertising campaigns for hard-to-rent properties when needed. Property Marketing & Photography Visit properties to take high-quality photos and videos of available units. Perform light property walkthroughs to identify any issues that should be addressed prior to marketing. Edit photos and upload marketing materials to company systems. Maintain consistent photography standards that accurately showcase properties and company branding. Leasing Support & Property Showings Schedule and coordinate property showings with prospective tenants. Conduct property tours and answer applicant questions. Prepare showing folders with property details and marketing sheets. Communicate with current residents when showings are scheduled. Lockbox & Showing Technology Install and manage lockboxes for self-guided showings. Maintain tracking logs for lockboxes and access codes. Coordinate access codes for applicants and new residents when appropriate. Administrative & Office Support Answer phones and assist prospects, residents, vendors, and applicants. Route calls to appropriate staff when needed. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars within the company software system. Assist with office organization, documentation, and general administrative tasks. Support leasing staff and property managers with marketing and operational needs. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills. Organized with strong attention to detail. Comfortable learning property management and marketing software. Photography skills required, including the ability to take high-quality marketing photos of residential properties. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Self-starter with the ability to self-manage workload and prioritize responsibilities with minimal supervision. Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Ability to work both in-office and at property locations. Preferred Experience Property management or real estate experience. Marketing, social media, or advertising experience. Professional or amateur photography experience with a portfolio of work. Content creation and photo editing experience. Skills That Will Help You Succeed Problem-solving mindset. Application Requirements Applicants will be required to submit a photography portfolio showcasing their work prior to being considered for an interview. Portfolio submissions may include real estate photography, landscape photography, architectural photography, or other examples demonstrating composition, lighting, and editing skills.
