Community Outreach & Event Marketing Specialist Help People Avoid Surgery and Live Pain-Free We are a growing Regenerative Medicine clinic specializing in innovative treatments designed to help patients suffering from knee pain, joint pain, arthritis, neuropathy, and other chronic conditions. We are looking for an outgoing, energetic, people-focused individual who loves connecting with the community and helping people discover life-changing healthcare options. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk position. We need someone who is passionate about meeting people, building relationships, and generating interest in our educational seminars and consultations. Position Summary The Community Outreach & Event Marketing Specialist will represent our clinic at community events, health fairs, senior centers, networking groups, local businesses, farmers markets, and educational seminars. Responsibilities Community Outreach Attend health fairs, community events, networking meetings, and local expos Build relationships with local businesses and organizations Coordinate educational seminars and community presentations Promote regenerative medicine services in a professional manner Develop referral relationships within the community Lead Generation Engage with potential patients Explain our treatment options and educational programs Schedule qualified prospects for consultations Follow up with interested prospects when appropriate Event Management Assist with seminar setup and teardown Represent the clinic professionally at all times Distribute educational materials and promotional items Track event performance and lead generation results Compensation & Bonus Structure Base Pay Based on experience Performance Bonuses Monthly Performance Bonuses Additional incentives for reaching lead generation and consultation goals.
