Job Description

Company Overview Penllyn Club's annual July 4th Celebration happens on Saturday, July 4th. This is a special day needing many helping hands to make the day go smoothly. Summary Event facilitators will assist with the Club's July 4th Celebration in various roles. The work is for ONE DAY ONLY, Friday, July 4th. Workers will be paid $15.00/hour, cash. Responsibilities
CART RUNNERS
An important position is helping arriving guests unload their cars and rolling their belongings to their tables and then quickly returning the carts to the parking lot for the next arrivals. The quicker and more efficient the unloading process is helps us avoid traffic jams in the immediate parking lot. Cart runners are needed from 9am to 1pm.
FIELD GAMES FACILITATORS
The games require Facilitators who will float between the various game stations, helping Group Leaders start races for their groups, describe how certain games will work and help Group Leaders with identifying who the winners are in each event. Facilitators will actively work between 2:30 and 4:00pm.
POST-EVENT BREAKDOWN
After the event assistance is needed to break down and stack the rented tables and chairs. The process typically begins around 4:45pm. Applicants are welcome to work at one role or multiple roles. Requirements Valid driver's license Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Good physical health, able to work outside on a hot summer day. Prior experience in event facilitation and working with children between ages 5 to 12 is preferred.
