Field Marketer

Anchor Health Homecare Services is seeking a motivated Field Marketer to support our growing operations in Pennsylvania. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter who enjoys being out in the field, building relationships, and driving referrals in the healthcare space.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain referral relationships within the Pennsylvania market Conduct in-person outreach to hospitals, clinics, community partners, and referral sources Oversee the intake process of patients and caregivers Promote Anchor Health's homecare services to generate Start of Care (SOC) referrals Track outreach efforts and report activity and results Work independently to grow territory with minimal provided leads

Requirements:

Must have a reliable car and valid driver's license Comfortable working independently with limited leads provided Strong communication and interpersonal skills English speaking required (bilingual a plus but not required) Previous healthcare or field marketing experience preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits:
