Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Marketing Operations Consultant with strong expertise in Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and digital tagging implementation. The ideal candidate will lead scalable analytics implementation, tagging governance, customer journey tracking, and data collection initiatives across enterprise digital platforms. This role requires a hands-on professional capable of translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions while partnering with Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Engineering teams. Key Responsibilities Adobe Launch & Tagging Lead Adobe Launch / Adobe Data Collection implementations across enterprise web properties Configure rules, data elements, extensions, environments, and publishing workflows Implement and maintain Adobe Web SDK integrations Design and manage scalable tagging frameworks and governance processes Deploy and maintain analytics tags, tracking pixels, and third-party integrations Adobe Analytics & Customer Journey Analytics Implement Adobe Analytics tracking strategies including events, eVars, props, and custom dimensions Support Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) implementations and reporting initiatives Validate analytics data accuracy and troubleshoot tracking discrepancies Create dashboards and measurement frameworks for digital marketing performance Data Layer & Integrations Design scalable data layer architecture for web and mobile applications Integrate Adobe solutions with AEM, Adobe Target, CDP, Salesforce, and other MarTech platforms Support audience segmentation and personalization initiatives using
AEP / RTCDP
Governance & Documentation Create and maintain implementation documentation, taxonomy standards, SDRs, and testing evidence Establish tagging governance standards and QA best practices Ensure implementation quality, compliance, and audit readiness Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Marketing, Product, Analytics, IT, and external vendors Translate business requirements into technical implementation plans Support Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and implementation tracking Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Adobe Analytics implementation, digital analytics, or MarTech operations Strong hands-on experience with: Adobe Launch / Adobe Data Collection Adobe Analytics Adobe Web SDK Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Adobe Target Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Experience with tagging governance, QA validation, and browser debugging tools Strong understanding of data layers, event tracking, and digital analytics architecture Experience integrating Adobe tools with AEM, Salesforce, CDP, or similar enterprise platforms Knowledge of Agile methodologies and cross-functional delivery environments Preferred Qualifications Adobe certifications preferred Experience with RTCDP, AJO, or personalization initiatives Exposure to enterprise-scale customer data platforms Experience supporting omni-channel digital marketing analytics Knowledge of JavaScript, APIs, and network debugging tools is a plus
