8-10 Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Redpoint Developer / Marketing Automation Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in Redpoint Interactions (RPI) and Redpoint Data Management (RPDM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing omnichannel marketing campaigns, customer journeys, segmentation strategies, and marketing automation workflows. This role requires strong data management, campaign orchestration, and customer personalization expertise along with experience working with cloud technologies and customer data platforms. Implement personalized customer engagement strategies across multiple channels. Configure and manage customer journeys and campaign workflows. Audience Segmentation & Personalization Develop segmentation and targeting strategies using customer data and business rules. Create dynamic audience segments and personalized customer experiences. Manage customer data attributes and audience definitions. Workflow Management & Automation Build, schedule, and monitor automation workflows between RPI and RPDM. Develop and maintain customer journey orchestration processes. Ensure reliable execution of campaign automation and data synchronization. Data Management & Integration Utilize Oracle SQL and Redshift for customer data analysis and segmentation. Work with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) to manage and activate customer data. Integrate data from multiple sources to support marketing initiatives. Campaign Optimization & Analytics Perform A/B testing and campaign performance analysis. Monitor campaign execution metrics and customer engagement KPIs. Recommend improvements to optimize campaign effectiveness and customer experiences. Collaboration & Support Collaborate with business stakeholders, marketing teams, and technical teams to understand campaign requirements. Support campaign deployment, troubleshooting, and production issues. Maintain documentation and adhere to marketing automation best practices. Required Qualifications 8-10 years of experience in Marketing Technology and Marketing Automation.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Redpoint Interactions (RPI) Redpoint Data Management (RPDM) Strong knowledge of: Oracle SQL Data Segmentation Customer Data Platforms (CDP) Experience designing and implementing omnichannel marketing campaigns. Experience building and managing customer journeys and workflow automation. Experience performing A/B testing and campaign performance tracking. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Good-to-Have Skills Amazon Redshift AWS Cloud Technologies:
EC2 S3 Glue PySpark Salesforce Sales Cloud Data Engineering and ETL experience Customer Analytics and Reporting Preferred Qualifications Experience working with enterprise marketing automation environments. Experience integrating marketing platforms with CRM and CDP ecosystems. Experience with customer engagement analytics and campaign optimization. Experience supporting large-scale customer data and segmentation initiatives. Knowledge of cloud-native marketing data architectures.
