Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to support our team in managing and executing loyalty program initiatives. Our team is focused on driving customer engagement, maintaining program compliance, and optimizing operations across multiple outreach activities.

Responsibilities:

Execute outreach activities to engage program participants and support program growth. Oversee documentation management, rebate processing, and administrative duties for program operations. Support the development and distribution of program communications, including email campaigns and informational materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, track metrics, and drive improvements in program processes.

Required:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in loyalty programs, account management, or related operations. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
