As a Loyalty & Rewards Marketing Lead within PNC's Marketing organization, you will be based in Tyson's Corner, VA, Pittsburgh, PA, Philadelphia, PA or Houston, TX. Marketing ownership of customer Rewards program across Credit Card suite Program Management mindset, with ability to: Build customer-centric marketing strategies based on business priorities Develop a program-level strategic roadmap, and prioritize activities to ensure highest leverage work is completed, with eye for efficiencies Communicate progress and risks to key stakeholders and gain alignment on vision and tactical strategies Drive engagement and retention of customers across the full lifecycle through marketing of rewards-driven benefits. Lead Total Rewards-driven credit card marketing strategies; encourage enrollment and balance growth across our eligible credit cardholder populations and ongoing monitoring of program positioning, customer feedback, and Enterprise-level priorities. Partner closely with cross-functional teams across the organization, including Product, Business, Creative, Analytics, Design, etc. to deliver multi-channel marketing strategies that drive strong customer engagement and loyalty. Deliver creative excellence through end-to-end creative development, from creative brief to development to implementation of tactical marketing campaigns, primarily in owned channels (email, site, mobile, and direct mail). Establish foundational elements of product positioning, such as audience personas, marketing claims development, and creative toolkits. Serve as subject matter expert on target audience behaviors and understands how to translate value proposition into messaging that resonates with desired audience. Lead collaboratively with cross-functional partners (product, legal, compliance, risk, etc.) to deliver on stated business priorities and marketing objectives; serves as connective tissue between product & brand, bringing PNC's credit card business to life out in the world. Generate repeatable frameworks for integrated marketing planning. Identify high-leverage testing strategies and apply analytical rigor to existing marketing strategies, continually assessing and optimizing based on performance analytics and relevant KPIs. Build data-driven narratives around marketing performance; leverages financial storytelling to craft marketing-focused strategies and business cases. Leverage competitive insights to drive growth-oriented marketing strategies. Lead integration of marketing strategies across Credit Card and loyalty programs, including engagement and education to deepen program awareness and increase rewards-driven behaviors (earn, redeem, retain). Develop and implement strategic and integrated, multi-channel marketing agendas, based on business objectives, customer insights, competitive landscape assessments, in-market performance, with an expectation of ongoing optimization to maximize business impact. Leverage effective storytelling and written/verbal communication to influence others to align with proposed marketing strategy and acquisition levers. Coordinates and influences complex, multi-functional program teams. Ensures data collected is synthesized and leveraged effectively to provide appropriate business intelligence. + Influences the budget while ensuring all operating activities are optimized and delivered within the established budget framework. + Implements and oversees activities including coordination with legal, compliance, finance, risk and other key partners. Leads partnership with agencies, third parties and internal business partners to coordinate development and execution of programs/initiatives. + Acts as a point of contact with product and digital teams to coordinate strategy and development.
