Actively interviewing - APPLY NOW!! 📍 Marketing Specialist | Pittsburgh, PA We're seeking an engaging, relationship-driven Marketing Specialist to join a growing law firm in Pittsburgh. This role partners closely with attorneys and firm leadership to support marketing initiatives, business development, internal communications, and firm-wide engagement efforts.
You will:
- Meet with attorneys to support individual marketing plans and practice growth
- Coordinate events (client receptions, retreats, CLEs, and firm-wide gatherings)
- Manage and create social media content highlighting firm news and events
- Help connect attorneys across practice areas to encourage collaboration and referrals
- Assist with photos, videos, and website content updates
- Support HR with employee engagement events What we're looking for:
- Outgoing, people-focused communicator who enjoys relationship-building
- Background in marketing, events, communications, or social media
- Strong organization and project management skills
- Experience in professional services is a plus
- Interest in reputation-based marketing Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
