Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a new delivery program launching in the area. The role involves recruiting local businesses to join the Hub delivery partner program. Collaborate with a Field Manager and other local contractors to engage with prospective businesses, present the program, guide them through the application process, and coordinate recruitment events. This role requires travel within a two-hour driving distance and offers commission incentives for partner conversions. Responsibilities Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns within a two-hour driving distance. Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses and generate interest to apply. Qualify the prospective businesses and guide them through the application process while managing the pipeline in Salesforce. Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings. Collaborate with local influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development associations. Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis. Essential Skills 1-2 years in an outbound sales role, preferably door to door. Experience with a CRM system, Salesforce preferred. Sales, account management, and customer service skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications 1-2 years in sales and/or customer service experience. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Experience in field sales is a plus. Prior experience in sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus. Professionalism and enthusiasm to work with others. High sense of urgency and attention to detail. Problem-solving skills for field applicants. Tech-savvy with experience working with multiple systems and technology. Ability to travel up to four hours round trip daily. Work Environment This position involves working in the field four days a week with one day from home. You will be supporting near the St. Cloud/St. Paul region. The role offers uncapped commission with payments for partner applications and launches, a mileage reimbursement at 70 cents per mile, and a $50 monthly phone expense. The role has the potential for an extension of up to two years, offering the chance to build partnerships in your local community. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of St. Cloud, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
