Job Description

Role Summary/Purpose:
Synchrony Financial has an opening for an AVP, Marketing - Campaign Orchestration . We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial minded marketer to help us grow our campaign operations and orchestration. This role is fast paced, and will manage multi-channel acquisition and lead nurture programs to drive product engagement and awareness using various channels including direct mail, email and digital. This role partners closely with the industry marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, on-time campaign execution across digital and offline channels, ensuring all requirements, controls, and compliance standards are met.
Essential Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end operational execution of marketing campaigns across channels (email, direct mail, digital, SMS, etc.) to ensure on-time, accurate delivery and measurable outcomes. Segmentation and prioritization of target audiences Partner with industry to identify and execute marketing opportunities to build category and brand awareness with physicians, patients, and thought leaders Serve as the operational bridge between Marketing, Creative, Product, Data/Analytics, Technology, Compliance/Legal, and external partners. Lead recurring campaign operations standups/status meetings; communicate progress and blockers clearly. Align stakeholders on scope changes, tradeoffs, and timelines; manage expectations and approvals. Create standard operating procedures and templates to improve throughput and consistency. Collaborate with internal & external agencies on creative execution and channel delivery Partner with analytics teams to measure impact, leverage data to drive future campaigns Lead cross-functional projects Manage budget including forecasting and tracking Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree OR in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma and 8 years of marketing experience identified below Minimum of 4 years marketing experience that includes innovating and executing compressive multi-channel marketing campaigns including email, direct mail and digital channels Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
Desired Characteristics:
Business to business and consumer marketing experience Experience interpreting and leveraging data to determine the success of the marketing campaign Experience with campaign operations, marketing operations, or campaign/project management in a regulated environment preferred. Experience executing campaigns in marketing automation/CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Workfront, etc.). Strong understanding of segmentation, targeting, suppression, and personalization concepts. Experience managing creative agencies, research or analytic partners Strong working knowledge of multi-channel marketing campaigns Able to translate data insights into actionable recommendations and programs Curious, flexible, high energy, self-starter with an emphasis on action rather than analysis. Able to work in a fast-paced, complex, environment and manage multiple projects with little supervision Collaborative team player with ability to influence across all levels of organization Executive verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Grade/Level:
10 The salary range for this position is 75,000.00 - 130,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge. Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

You will be required to commute to your nearest Hub (either virtual or physical) for in-person engagement activities such as regular business or team meetings, training and culture events. •Field Sales and some Commercial team roles may have varied location requirements based upon partner obligations or preferences.
Eligibility Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older You must have a high school diploma or equivalent You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act. New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).
