The Opportunity At Grand Inspection Team, we believe home inspections should be about more than reports—we help people move forward with confidence. We're looking for a relationship-driven professional to serve as our Field Marketing Representative . This person will be the face of our company in the field, building meaningful relationships with real estate agents, brokers, office staff, and industry partners throughout West Michigan and Metro Detroit. This isn't a desk job. You'll spend your time meeting people, attending events, visiting real estate offices, strengthening partnerships, and becoming the trusted resource agents think of first when they need a home inspection company they can confidently recommend. What Success Looks Like Success in this role means: Building and maintaining strong relationships with real estate professionals Consistently developing new referral partnerships Becoming a trusted resource within your assigned territory Representing Grand Inspection Team with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity Growing inspection volume through relationship-based business development Creating long-term partnerships that generate repeat business year after year What You'll Do Relationship Building & Business Development Visit real estate offices and brokerages regularly Build and nurture relationships with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and industry partners Conduct in-person meetings, phone calls, and follow-up outreach Attend networking events, open houses, industry functions, and community events Represent Grand Inspection Team at CE classes, office presentations, and marketing events Become the go-to inspection resource for agents within your territory Marketing & Brand Representation Help execute local marketing initiatives and relationship-building campaigns Provide market feedback and field insights to leadership Support social media, sponsorship, and event opportunities when appropriate Serve as the eyes and ears of the market, identifying trends and opportunities CRM & Reporting Track relationship activity and referral growth within our CRM Maintain organized records and follow-up schedules Share insights and opportunities with the team Participate in team meetings and planning sessions You'll Thrive Here If... Compensation & Benefits Expected First-Year Earnings:
