About the Role Are you an experienced professional with a passion for media and a knack for building lasting business relationships? AVC Communications is looking for a Digital & Radio Marketing Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you won't just be chasing transactional sales—you will act as a strategic partner to local business owners. You will be the face of our 7 radio stations, digital marketing solutions, and technical services, helping established and new clients design comprehensive advertising campaigns that drive real bottom-line results. What You'll Do (Expectations & Responsibilities)

Consultative Sales:

Act as the primary point of contact for local businesses, identifying their unique marketing needs and presenting tailored radio and digital solutions.

Relationship Management:

Build on our already established client base by introducing new, modern marketing tools to long-term customers.

Community Presence:

Split your time between the office and the field, connecting face-to-face with the local business community.

Brand Ambassadorship:

Represent AVC Communications with the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and polish. The Ideal Candidate We value life experience, maturity, and a proven track record over a specific degree.
