Brand & Growth Lead Koenreich Enterprises Dallas-Fort Worth, TX Job Details Full-time $65,000 - $75,000 a year 2 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Paid time off Flexible schedule Qualifications Teamwork Event planning Marketing analytics Marketing operations Art direction Full Job Description Brand & Growth Lead Koenreich Enterprises Full-Time Employee | Primarily Remote |
Dallas-Fort Worth Area Only Salary:
$65,000-$75,000, based on experience Koenreich Enterprises is hiring a Brand & Growth Lead to help guide the marketing behind a founder-led advisory company serving established mom entrepreneurs. This is not a social media manager role. This is a strategic, hands-on growth role for someone who can turn founder ideas, audience insight, content, campaigns, and offer messaging into qualified demand. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of building something long-term - not someone who is simply looking for their next marketing job. This is a high-ownership role for someone who is ready to help build and lead the marketing function inside a growing founder-led company. Clear communication is essential. We are looking for someone who can bring recommendations, explain their thinking, communicate priorities clearly, and keep work moving without needing to be chased. About Kelsea + Our Mission Kelsea Koenreich is a strategic business advisor, speaker, podcast host, and founder of Koenreich Enterprises. She works with established mom entrepreneurs who have built successful businesses but are realizing that more revenue has also created more complexity, more pressure, and more dependence on them. The women we serve are not starting from scratch. They have clients, teams, revenue, responsibility, and families. Many of them built the business for freedom, but somewhere along the way, they became the bottleneck. Our work helps them build businesses that are stronger, cleaner, more profitable, and less dependent on their constant presence - so they can lead well, serve deeply, make excellent money, and still have a life outside the business. We believe successful women should not have to choose between ambition and presence, leadership and motherhood, revenue and freedom. If you are excited by the idea of helping build a brand that supports high-achieving mom founders in getting their lives back while building stronger businesses, this role may be for you. Why This Role Exists Marketing inside Koenreich Enterprises is not just about visibility. It is about building trust, creating demand, sharpening the message, supporting launches, and helping the right women understand why this work matters now. This role exists so Kelsea is no longer the only person thinking strategically about marketing. You will help bring structure, direction, research, campaign planning, and performance insight to the marketing function so our content, offers, and campaigns work together to support real business growth. About the Role The Brand & Growth Lead owns the strategy behind our marketing ecosystem. You will work directly with Kelsea to strengthen the brand, sharpen messaging, support launches, grow qualified demand, and make sure our marketing connects to revenue - not just visibility. You will help answer questions like: What does our audience need to hear right now? What is the data telling us? What messaging is creating response? What campaign should we run next? What content needs to exist to support the sale? What should Kelsea record, write, teach, or talk about? What does the Creative Producer need to create? What should we stop doing because it is not working? You will not be expected to design graphics, edit videos, or personally publish every post. You will be expected to create the strategy, campaign direction, messaging briefs, performance insights, and content priorities that guide execution. This role reports directly to Kelsea and works closely with operations and creative support to ensure campaigns, launches, and marketing priorities are executed on time. What You'll Be Accountable ForBrand + Messaging You will help protect and sharpen Kelsea's voice, positioning, and point of view. You should be able to study her content, offers, voice guide, client conversations, podcast episodes, audience responses, and sales language - then turn that into messaging that sounds like her and moves the right people to act. This brand should never feel generic, corporate, fluffy, overly polished, or AI-generated. Growth + Campaign Strategy You will help lead marketing strategy across our core ecosystem, including: social media channels email podcast blog live events mastermind promotions private advisory marketing in-person events partnerships website and sales page performance You do not need to be the technical ads buyer, designer, or video editor. But you do need to understand how the pieces fit together and how marketing supports sales. Your job is to help turn audience trust into qualified demand. Research + Data This role requires depth. You will be expected to look at the data, mine the audience, study the buyer, and bring recommendations.
That includes reviewing:
email metrics social performance website and sales page data content response audience comments and DMs sales objections client language campaign results market opportunities We are not looking for someone who guesses, posts, and hopes. We are looking for someone who can think, research, interpret, and lead. Creative Direction The Creative Producer will look to you for direction. You will create clear briefs that explain: the goal the audience the message the content angle the hook the CTA the source material the deadline the platform how we will know if it worked The goal is that content becomes more strategic, more aligned, and less dependent on Kelsea reviewing and rewriting everything. What Success Looks Like Kelsea is not the only person thinking about marketing. Campaigns are planned before they become urgent. Messaging gets sharper over time. Content is tied to offers and sales opportunities. Platforms work together instead of operating separately. Data and audience research inform decisions. The Creative Producer has clear direction. Marketing creates more qualified leads, registrations, applications, replies, inquiries, and sales conversations. The team feels momentum because someone is truly leading the marketing function. In Your First 90
Days, You Will Have:
Studied Kelsea's voice, offers, audience, content, and current marketing assets. Identified what is working, what is not working, and what needs to improve. Created a clear marketing priorities map for the next quarter. Supported active campaigns, launches, or offer promotions. Created repeatable briefing systems for the Creative Producer. Established simple performance tracking across email, social, website, and campaign activity. Reduced the amount of marketing thinking that depends solely on Kelsea. Who You Are Mission-driven and excited by the work we do. A clear, proactive communicator. Strategic, but still willing to be hands-on. Strong in messaging and buyer psychology. Comfortable working with a founder who has a strong voice and strong opinions. Able to bring recommendations instead of waiting for instructions. Data-aware and sales-aware. Organized enough to turn ideas into campaigns. Confident enough to respectfully push back with research. Resourceful, curious, and willing to dig. Comfortable using AI as a tool without outsourcing your thinking to it. Excited by personal brands, high-ticket offers, launches, and small-team growth. Looking for a long-term role where you can help build something meaningful. This Is Not a Fit If You Only want to manage social media. Need the founder to give you every idea. Avoid data, research, or sales strategy. Create surface-level content. Struggle with direct feedback. Communicate slowly or vaguely. Wait to be told what to do. Rely on generic AI-generated copy. Are not interested in the mission. Want a short-term stepping-stone role. Prefer a slow corporate environment with lots of layers. Need a fully built marketing department before you can contribute. Experience We're Looking For Personal brands. High-ticket coaching, consulting, advisory, education, or service-based businesses. Launch strategy. Email marketing. Social media strategy. Content strategy. Campaign planning. Marketing analytics. Messaging and audience research. Creative direction. Lead generation. Ads strategy or ad creative direction. AI-supported marketing workflows. Working closely with a founder or CEO. Bonus points for experience with Meta ads strategy, podcast marketing, webinar or live event campaigns, mastermind launches, partnership marketing, speaking or podcast outreach, or marketing to women entrepreneurs or mom founders. You do not need to be a designer, video editor, technical ads buyer, or sales closer. How We Work This is a flexible, remote-first role based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area only. We work remotely day-to-day, but the team will periodically meet in person for filming days, planning sessions, team meetings, and live event support. This role is DFW-based because in-person filming days, planning sessions, and live event support will be an important part of how the brand grows. We are a small, high-trust, high-standard team. We value ownership, clear communication, resourcefulness, excellence, speed, and follow-through. Flexibility here does not mean low accountability. It means you can structure your work around your life and productivity while still meeting deadlines, communicating proactively, bringing recommendations, and owning outcomes. You should be comfortable bringing a weekly marketing priorities update that includes: what is working what is not working what needs Kelsea's input what you recommend next Compensation + Benefits Base salary: $65,000-$75,000, based on experience. This role is intentionally designed for a strategic, growth-minded marketer who wants meaningful ownership in a founder-led company, with room to expand as the marketing function and company grow. After the 90-day evaluation period, this role may be eligible for a company-wide quarterly revenue-target bonus based on business performance and individual role performance. Paid time off Paid company holidays Remote-first, flexible work environment Monday-Thursday primary collaboration rhythm Friday protected from routine meetings and founder access Professional development support after 90 days Company-paid access to required tools and platforms Additional benefits may be added as the team grows How to Apply To apply, please submit the following to with the subject line: Brand & Growth Lead Application — [Your Name] Your resume A short note about why this role and mission interest you One example of a marketing strategy, campaign, launch, or growth initiative you have led Your answer to this question: Based on this job posting, what do you believe our audience most needs to hear from us right now?
