Senior B2B Marketing Leader My client is launching their marketing function and is looking for a senior B2B marketing leader to build, own, and scale the entire strategy from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to step into a high impact role where you will define the vision, implement best practices, and directly influence revenue growth at a critical stage. What you will do
Build and scale a modern B2B marketing engine across the full funnel
Own demand generation, inbound and outbound strategy, and lifecycle marketing
Lead all HubSpot initiatives including automation, reporting, segmentation, and optimization
Establish strong partnership with sales to drive pipeline, conversion, and revenue outcomes
Bring hands on subject matter expertise and elevate marketing performance and standards
Test, measure, and iterate campaigns with a highly data driven mindset What we are looking for
10 plus years of B2B marketing experience in high growth or performance focused environments
Deep expertise in HubSpot as a core marketing and CRM platform is required
Proven track record building and scaling demand generation programs that drive measurable pipeline
Strong understanding of full funnel marketing, attribution, and revenue alignment
Experience in insurance or insurtech is strongly preferred but not required
Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a build phase environment Ideal background Successful candidates often come from leadership roles in SaaS, technology, or insurtech organizations where they have built marketing functions or significantly scaled them.
This may include a VP of Marketing at a growth stage insurtech company, a Head of Demand Generation at a B2B SaaS business, or a senior marketing leader who has owned HubSpot and driven measurable revenue impact. Logistics
