Job Description

Content Creator & Marketing Strategist — Growth Track Zara Grace Marketing Minneapolis, MN Job Details Part-time $18 - $23 an hour 9 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Hospitality Canva Photography camera lenses Photography gear Social media brand management Working with photography clients Digital design Full Job Description What This Role Is We manage social media, email, and digital strategy for hospitality brands across the Twin Cities. This role starts with visual content creation — shooting and delivering production-ready photos and video for our client roster — and grows, deliberately, into full account ownership. If you're a strong visual storyteller who's also curious about marketing strategy, AI-assisted workflows, and what it actually takes to run a client's digital presence end-to-end, this is the role. We'll teach you the system. You'll bring the drive. How the Growth Track Works Phase 1 — Content Creator You're on-site 1-3x per week across the Twin Cities, shooting brand-aligned content for restaurants, bars, and hospitality venues. You work from a shot list, deliver organized files to Google Drive, and communicate proactively with the team. This is where you learn the clients, the brands, and how content gets built. Phase 2 — Content & Scheduling Specialist Once you know the clients, you take on content scheduling — loading approved posts into platforms, managing the content calendar in Notion, and understanding how strategy drives the monthly plan. You start seeing the whole picture, not just what you shoot. Phase 3 — Marketing Strategist Full account ownership. You're developing content strategy, managing client relationships, running campaigns, and using our AI-assisted tools to plan, draft, and optimize across channels. This is where the role becomes a career. There's no fixed timeline. You move through phases based on performance and interest — not tenure. What You'll Need to Get Started Professional photography and video experience — portfolio required Hospitality shooting background strongly preferred Own professional equipment: camera, lenses, lighting, stabilizers Reliable transportation across the Twin Cities metro Organized, self-directed — you deliver without being chased Comfortable in fast-paced, live-service environments What You'll Learn Here We run a modern marketing stack: Notion for content planning, Canva for design, and AI tools woven into how we research, write, plan, and report. You don't need to know any of it coming in. But if you're curious about how AI fits into real marketing workflows — not as a gimmick, but as a daily tool — you'll get hands-on experience with it here. For the right person, that's worth as much as the paycheck. Perks Flexible schedule. Diverse client roster. A small team that communicates clearly and treats people well. Real upward mobility — not a talking point, an actual path.
