40 Hours per week Summary At Kashmer Interactive, the content marketing specialist role is an important role for clients and the agency. This role includes the management of written & graphical content for a wide range of clients. Management of content includes engaging with our writers / vendors and contractors. It also includes the management of client content calendars, outlines & deadlines as well as placement of content utilizing a range of website backend content management systems. (WordPress, Wix, Shopify, etc.) Our content marketing specialist needs to understand SEO, AI Search, and SEM and how that impacts content. The role also includes a focus on communication, with the ability to communicate and engage with staff members, publishers, writers, contract platforms and online content channels. The role also requires a strong knowledge of social media, as our content marketing specialist manages social media content and social media post placement efforts. We're also looking for someone that has experience with social media platforms for content & post management (examples include hootsuite, later, sprout social, etc.) Qualifications / Education Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, journalism (or similar track) Experience with managing projects (project management) Experience with content: proof reading, outline creation, editing, etc. The ability to write clearly, communicate clearly and analyze content for proper grammar. This position is less about being a perfect writer, but more about being able to analyze content and grammar properly and make edits to ensure good output. This position requires the ability post on social media platforms like meta, instagram, pinterest, ec. The ability to have a conversation / establish relationships The ability to manage a task oriented workflows involving external communications, content efforts, and more 1
  • 2 years in a similar type of role that reflects direct content writing & work Ability to edit and make graphics leveraging platforms like canva for presentation on websites (service pages, blog posts, etc) as well as on social media channels.
Responsibilities Managing multiple external writers, writing agencies, content vendors, ai chat tools like chatgpt, claude, etc. Proofreading and editing content / leveraging ai to proofread content Managing multiple content calendars with an eye on the strategy and overall plan Content topic research & generation Optimizing content for traditional search, ai search, and social platforms The creation of content outlines Outreach to bloggers and external resources / Building relationships with bloggers The placement of content on third party websites / placement of content on social channels Identify high quality vs low quality websites for effective content placement Leveraging internal tools to identify content gaps / opportunity Benefits Kashmer Interactive, LLC is a cutting edge digital marketing agency that provides excellent results.
